A Study of Anaemia Prevalence and Deworming Practices Among Adolescent Girls in Palani Block
According to World Health Organisation, adolescent girls are defined as the period of life spanning ages between 10-19 years. Compared to adolescent boys adolescent girls are at high risk of iron deficiency anaemia. National Family Health Survey-4 reports that about 51% of women aged 15-49 years anaemic in Dindigul District. The present study aims to assess the prevalence of anaemia in adolescent girls and to find the associated factors who are suffering from anaemia. A cross sectional study was conducted among 40 adolescent girls in Thiruvalluvar school from Palani Block, Dindigul District, Tamil Nadu. Structured close ended questionnaire was used to collect the data through Google forms. Data were coded in SPSS version 23. The overall prevalence rate of anaemia was found as 77.1%. Highly significant association p<0.05 was found between the problems during menstruation with anaemic status of the adolescent girls and the study also reveals that about 60% of the adolescent girls don’t have deworming practices. Thus the study concludes that awareness should be created among the adolescent girls about nutritional anaemia and deworming practices in preventing the complications caused by anaemia and worm infestation

An Education Latest Development on Financial Trends in Current Position of Noval Covid 2019
The Coronavirus disease has spread out across the globe within a span of few months of this virus. All economies are facing the problems how to the economy open and functioning during COVID-19 situations. Which lowest since the great depression 1930. Due to COVID-19, economies activities are closed and business organizations are not able to operate at their full capacity. The present situation is moving towards global recession which is not good for world GDP. Many industries have been affected by the nation-wide lockdown. The corporations of expected to register the covid19 cultivation more than poor the low growth in business and Industrial. Organization’s financial performance will remain sluggish in the comi ng few quarters. There are some industries which are impacted positively. The covid19 cultivation on the other hand, there are some industry and companies adversely. This paper intends to measure the performance of various industries during the COVID-19

An Education on Marketing Management Practice in Tamil Nadu Corporate Hospital Services
The Hospitals play an important one role in analyzing, giving and avoiding several diseases, illness, and injuries, physical and mental impairments in humans in the market management practice. The maintenance is basically is a delivered by practitioners of health care either in primary, and secondary or tertiary levels in marketing practice. Primary care is the health care organization where the patient collects uninteresting casualty care at first communication. At tertiary health care classification, health care center has highly trained authorities and often innovative technology coping up to carry out complex procedures. The health care sector of any country be contingent on socio economic development and the government's priority for the same. The house hold expenditure on secluded healthcare is more than on municipal expenditure. Gujarat is also growing fast in economic change. Due to enlarged competition, service quality is becoming very important of the corporate hospital services

An Experimental Study on Self Compacting Concrete with Partial Replacement of Cement with Silica Fume and Flyash
Click here and insert your abstract text. Concrete is a mixture of cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, water. Concrete plays a vital role in the development of infrastructure i.e., buildings, industrial structures, bridges etc., leading to utilization of large quantity of concrete. On the other side cost of concrete is attributed to the cost of its ingredients which is expensive. Due to this reason alternative materials are being chosen for economical production of concrete. In this project cement is partially replaced with silica fume and fly ash. Substantial energy can result when industrial by products like silica fume and fly ash are used as partial replacements for the energy intensive Portland cement. Silica fume (SF) is a very fine powder consists of spherical particles of mean diameter about 0.15 microns, with a very high specific surface area. Fly ash (FA) is a solid waste generated by industry. In the present study the mechanical properties of concrete at 7 and 28 days are tested by partially replacing cement with silica fume and fly ash of different pe rcentages

Investigation on Voltage Stability of Dynamic Power System
In this paper the voltage stability of a power system is analyzed using Hopf bifurcation. Voltage stability analysis of a power system is necessary during the planning and operation stages of the power system. In todays scenario where the power system is almost operated at the stability margin, analysis of the voltage stability is obligatory. Bifurcation theory which holds good for Voltage stability analysis has been applied to the IEEE 14 test bus system with dynamic components. The Continuation Power Flow (CPF) and Eigen value analysis was carried out. The presence of Eigen values with negative complex conjugate values indicates the presence of Oscillatory instability. The study was carried out using PSAT tool box
