The principal as a reflective leader plays a critical role in today’s fast-paced school environment. Although the growing role of principals in improving decisions through reflection, few researchers have studied the reflective habits of the minds that involved principals. Hence, the study intends to review existing literature on reflective habits of the minds among principals and to track what was contributed to understanding reflection and its effect on ethical leadership and decision-making. A comprehensive search of major databases was undertaken which identified 32,896 studies on the topic; 13 met the inclusion criteria. Using a systematic literature review, data were extracted and analyzed using thematic analysis. Three themes emerged from the analysis: reflective habits for teaching and learning, reflective habits for professional development, and reflective habits towards authentic and transformational leadership. Studies focused on the heart of the reflective practice of school principals as an instructional leader as a critical tool for learning and professional growth. It also shows the inspiring ways of how authentic and transformational leadership through reflective practice could change the educational system. As a result, the literature review pointed to the following discussion points, which are the areas that require further research: (1) diverse reflective practices among school principals in instructional leadership, (2) continuous reflective professional development activities, and (3) reflection-in-action towards transformational leadership

The purpose of this research report is to find out how much conventional banks of Pakistan carried out risk management practices, moreover the research also compares the risk management practices of four old banks (Muslim Commercial bank, Habib Bank Limited, United Bank Limited and Allied Bank Limited) with four new conventional banks (Bank Al Habib Limited, Askari Bank Limited, Bank Al-Falah Limited and Standard Chartered bank). A standardized questionnaire is used which covers five functions of Risk Management Practices which are understanding risk and risk management (URRM), risk assessment and analysis (RAA), risk identification (RI), risk monitoring (RM), credit risk analysis (CRA). Hypotheses are developed with the support of literature. Correlation matrix is applied to find the relationship between five functions of risk management and risk management practices. Regression is applied to test the hypothesis. This study finds that all five functions of risk management are positively correlated to risk management practices. The research is limited to eight banks of Pakistan. This study also finds that the functions URRM, RM and CRA are significant to risk management practices while RAA and RI are insignificant to risk management practices. The results give a clear picture to policy makers of conventional banks about the risk management practices in which they are lacking and where improvement is required.

Bleeding is a widespread problem that seems to affect most patients. When a patient presents to a dentist with bleeding issues, a dental problem, some common questions have to be asked before coming up with the proper medical intervention that would help them get over the situation. Some of the most necessary information required and which will prove to be necessary for the initial treatment (Halpern & Adams, 2021). The diagnosis of any bleeding issue first depends on the situation and the period in which a patient with a bleeding problem has been on anticoagulant medication. In addition, the patient should be able to describe their bleeding issues well to the healthcare provider and give a past review and experience with their past dental appointments. In the appointment on the bleeding issue, the patient must also state their cause of bleeding and why they have chosen to be on anticoagulants instead of seeking other forms of medication that can equally be useful. Bleeding issues in most individuals have always been known to be a result of low platelets (Napenas et al., 2015). In this case, however, a patient must state categorically why they are on anticoagulants or why they are experiencing bleeding issues. For proper diagnosis, no assumption should be made on the status of this group of individuals.
