Seismic Analysis of Group Action of Piles with Different Variations in Dimensions and Parameters: A Review
According to current construction needs, many projects are running, such as subway construction, bridges, building construction, industries, and so on. For this type of construction, where the soil conditions (SBC) are very low, the foundation of the pile must be provided. Dynamic analysis should also be performed for different groups of earthquakes. The resting effect of the tension increases with the group action of the piles. In the present study based on the different research carried out different researchers on the pile group. Under this analysis is based on the variation in para metric data used in the pile groups. The variation are included geometrical properties, grouping mechanics and arrangement method of analysis, mode of axial load applied, software used etc. The paper concluded that group action pile is necessary to ansysis so that it can be used by taking desirable arrangement based on the purpose and cost of project. It also say that new invention and method of arrangement is also analyzed in future so that it increase the strength in a minimal cost

Seismic Response of Multistorey Building with Floating Column: A Review
The use of large span as a parking or for commercial purpose is increased now a days. Many high-rise buildings are built with floating columns in order to give maximum free spaces as possible for movement. By Introducing floating column in building we also need to analyze the building under seismic behavior for safety. The paper consists of summary report on different research papers based on floating column concept by different researchers. The different researcher used the different location of FC in the building. The basic objective of the worked by the different researchers is compare to building under with and without floating column. The analysis is carried to check the building is belonging to safer side or not under lateral effect. The paper concluded that the floating concept is used for requirement of structure mostly for commercial buildings. The excess amount of floating column affects the structure and also damages the building components

Behaviour of Concrete Wall Belt Supported System under the Lateral Loads in a Structure: A Review
Every Structure needs a table to withstand a system of resisting other forces caused by wind or strong earthquakes. One of the best programs is outrigger. Outriggers of structural elements support the formation of lateral loads together. When the complexity of the height of the buildings is increased they become larger as well as the addition of tempting additions to resist systems such as truss consists of belt and outriggers are need ed. Utilization of structural regulation adds structural strength by connecting the main building with the remote colony and making the whole body function as a single unit in resistance to the burden. The current review articles deals with the research based on the Outrigger Wall and Wall Belt Supported System by different researchers. The observation includes based on the reviews in that inputs of Outrigger Wall and Wall Belt increase the performance of building in terms of stability, stiffness, strength & cost. It also concluded that this performance are vary with variation is occurs in the location and dimensions parameters such height, depth and plan areas. The research also impact on the system is used as per the guidelines provided

Donoughmore Committee: A Cutting Edge in Administrative Law
The Administrative process which subsists in the present scenario was not a sudden creation. Rome was not built in a day. Likewise, the present day administrative process had gone through the whirlpool of tremendous changes that was comprised of ups and downs to acquire it s present day form. Undoubtedly, a major league of the credit in this regard is owed to none other than the country of United Kingdom. In Britain, we can see that there were quite a couple of Committees that had aided and assisted in the making of the current day administrative process. Of the various committees appointed in this regard in Britain, two of them occupy the prominent and prior positions. The first one is the Donoughmore Committee and the second one is the Franks Committee. This submission hinges on the Donoughmore Committee.

Importance and Benefits of Ardha Matsyendrasana in Daily Life
Ayurveda is the science of life. It plays an important role to prevent and treat the disease. Ayurveda specifically deals with mind body balance. The main part of it is Yoga and Asana. Yoga provides us a simple remedies, facile skills and procedure of good health. Asana gives physical and mental power and tone the body-mind for further exercise. Ardha Matsyendrasana is often referred to as the Half Lord of the Fishes Pose. This Asana strengthens spine, digestive system, urinary system, reproductive system and stretches the Hips, Shoulders, Neck. Practicing this Asana helps to relieve stress and tension that is trapped in the back

A Comparative Analysis on Credit Risk Management in NBFC Sector and Its Impact on Their Market Capitalisation
Non banking financial companies are the companies registered under companies act, 1956. Its major function is to business loa ns and advances, acquisition of share/bonds/debentures/securities. It is regulated by Reserve bank of India. NBFC is all over the news since 2018 and is the biggest reason for the depressed economy. Credit risk management is a attempts to measure the probability of defaults of loans which means borrowers is not in the position to repay the accrued interest and the principle amount. It predicts the defaults earlier according to the circumstances, economic and financial position of the company. It is a practise of mitigating losses by understanding the adequacy of loan loss reserves at any given time and helps to plan ahead to tackle the negative outcome of the company.
